You need to get Yosuke "Basuke" Suzuki's TapBar program from his homepage.
TapBar is also Freeware.

All NewtonMessagePad130 Japanese support version released by Apple Japan, include this very cool applet.

If you think much of Japanese marcket, using its SDK and supporting TapBar is good idea.

NekoButton :Display on/off "Neko" built by V.J.Catkick .
"Neko.pkg" is also freeware.
Neko programmer, V.J.Catkick sent me e-mail. he is now updating program to support gray scale, so he has removed current released version from ftp server. Please wait.
